What’s the opportunity?  If you’re like me, you have an interest in what’s going on in neighborhoods. What’s the new cafe, shops, etc. I’ve been keeping my eye out on the National/Motor area the past few years, and see lots of potential. Close by, my new favorite indie ice cream spot is Scoops Westside love their uniqueness!

After seeing this Rose Avenue home come on the market, I believe more change is on the way (see below for all the mls details). The opportunity is in the city zoning code, zoned LAC2 a commercial zoning. From what I gathered at the C2 zoning site the zoning code is geared towards retail. If you click on this image below you will see all nearby shops, and restaurants.

According to ZIMAS (Zone Information Map Access System) this home on Rose Avenue could be used as a home or anything from an art or antique shop, a sign painting shop, interior decorating shop, or (my personal favorite) a restaurant, tea room or cafe.

If it were to be a restaurant, tea room or cafe, here are the details:
