Below is a list of the Top 7 highest priced listings in Santa Monica, California. My favorite location is of course, the highest priced listing at $8,999,000 on Georgina Ave. One of the most beautiful streets, and close to Palisades Park. A great walking, running stretch with bridge access to the beach.
Second favorite is on 17th Street listed at $6,995,000. It’s in my favorite neighborhood, North of Montana. Every inch of this home is custom and detailed. It’s so pretty and elegant. See the others below. What’s your favorite? To schedule a private showing, contact Kristine at 310-737-8173.

WOW! Every listing is beautiful.. It is nice you featured this home in your blog. Santa Monica Short Sale Agents will never had a hard time selling homes like this. Good luck on your listings!
Christine,
Thank you for your comment. Santa Monica is a beautiful place! We’ve been helping sellers in Santa Monica avoid foreclosure via short sales since 2008. The homes are beautiful, and desirable…but the banks still make it difficult to come to the table in a timely manner. Last week, the feds passed a bill that requires banks to approve short sales in 30 days, hopefully that will be put into practice. We make sure everything goes through smoothly, and strive for a win-win for all involved.
Please take a look at our site for more about Short Sales in Santa Monica.
Best Regards,
Kim Halverson
The one in 101 17th St. looks so exquisite in my eyes! It may seem a little pricey but I guess it is very justifiable. Thanks for the share!
