Award winning Realtors, real estate is in our blood. Literally. Our Mom is a Realtor in Phoenix & her Grandfather was a broker in Manhattan. Our Dad was a broker in Wisconsin & his Dad, was a banker & lender.
For the past seven years we focus on building relationships and getting the best price for our client’s home. We are a strong force in the desirable “Westside” Los Angeles real estate market.
Kristine, with a degree in psychology from Pitzer, used her social work experience as a platform for real estate. She began consulting with Realtors on how to manage difficult personalities. Her philosophy is, “Buying or selling a home can be a major transition in one’s life. I’m here to guide our clients through the obstacles of the process. The end result is always worth it.”
Kim, with a degree in business & art history from Arizona State University, brings an eye for detail and business savvy to clients. Her philosophy is, “It’s more than buying or selling a home. It’s creating a lifestyle. I’m here to incorporate our client’s real estate needs into the vision of their lifestyle.” Kim enjoys architectural & historical homes.
Together we purposefully create a win-win combination for our clients. Through effective negotiations we aim for top dollar for our sellers and the best deal for our buyers.

Having worked with Kim and Kristine on buying our first home (a condo in 2010) and just recently selling our home and buying a new one, I can say that I would recommend them without hesitation.
Our first purchase was a short sale and they walked us through the entire complicated process. They held our hands the whole way.
Having them work on both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home was a godsend. Everything was coordinated and they explained everything at every point. They worked hard to get us the best deals on both sides – and they did. We’re extremely pleased with their service, demeanor and understanding of our circumstances.

We used Kim and Kristine to sell our condo and help us find a new home. After a frustrating search through the valley, we finally found the perfect place in Glendale in an amazing neighborhood we didn’t even know existed. Kim and Kristine helped us through the process, helped us get a credit for some foundation damage, but kept everything above board and kept both us and the seller happy.

Kristine is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. She is a person of high integrity and ethics. I am new to CA and was looking to buy in a highly desirable area of west LA /Santa Monica. Kristine knows the market very well and knows what it takes to win in a very competitive environment. Due to her expertise I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, but more importantly won the bidding war. She made the process easier, always available to answer any questions and looked out for my interests all the time. I am a happy condo owner now.
