			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here are the Top 7 most expensive condo&#8217;s in Santa Monica, CA.  They are all on the same street, Ocean Ave.  Across the street from these condo&#8217;s is Palisades Park.  It&#8217;s a really good walk/run park situated on a bluff over PCH and Santa Monica beach.</p>
<p>Two of my absolute favorite buildings on Ocean Ave are on this list.  The first on is 535 Ocean Ave which is called &#8220;Oceanaire&#8221;.  Designed by architect A. Quincy Jones, FAIA.  If you want an unobstructed ocean view then you would be looking for a West facing condo, 5th floor and up.  There are a few trees across the street in the park that obstruct the ocean view on the lower floors.  There is one condo on the market in this building, <a title="Oceanaire West Facing 5th Floor" href="http://http://kimandkristine.tv/idx/mls-12582541-535_ocean_ave_santa_monica_ca_90402" target="_blank">5th floor and West facing</a>.  It&#8217;s modern and completely updated.  Listed for $2.495M, 1,781 sq ft., 3 bed, 2bath.  It&#8217;s #6 on this list.</p>
<p>My other favorite building is right next door to Oceanaire.  It&#8217;s 603 Ocean Ave and named, &#8220;El Tovar&#8221;.  It&#8217;s a traditional luxury style building.  It&#8217;s fairly new for Ocean Ave condo&#8217;s, built in 1990.  I like the entry way off Ocean Ave.  You walk past a large tranquil water feature then into another building for the elevators.  There are a few condo&#8217;s that you can enter the patio from the street.  These condo&#8217;s feel like you live in a home.  It&#8217;s a smaller building, with 22 condo&#8217;s so not that many are listed for sale.  There is only 1 on the market and it&#8217;s <a title="El Tovar Ocean Ave" href="http://http://kimandkristine.tv/idx/mls-12589413-603_ocean_ave_santa_monica_ca_90402" target="_blank">#3</a> on the list for $3.85M, 2,817 sq ft, 3 bed, 2.5 bath.</p>
