There is a new listing in an area of Ocean Park we affectionately call “The Cottages” where 4 streets are just so special.  When walking them you feel they are so unique it’s as if you are in someone’s living room.  It’s a rare, earthy, home type vibe.  This home on Wadsworth, see below,  is so charming inside.  It has a modern shabby chic feel to it.  It’s perfect for someone with kids or in-laws; since there are many different corners and rooms in the main house.  There are 2 studio’s in the second structure behind the main which are currently rented.  I thought noise was going to be an issue since it’s on the end of street closest to Neilson Way.  It was not noisy at all.  Neilson Way is hardly a busy street for Santa Monica.
