The homes are beautiful, and desirable...but the banks still make it difficult to come to the table in a timely manner. Last week, the feds passed a bill that requires banks to approve short sales in 30 days, hopefully that will be put into practice. We make sure everything goes through smoothly, and strive for a win-win for all involved.
